Community Empowerment Frontiers (CEF) is a non-governmental organization working in South Sudan to address the challenges faced by rural, vulnerable, and marginalized communities. With a clear focus on improving the socio-economic status of rural communities, CEFO aims to foster empowerment, economic self-reliance, and resilience among Communities in South Sudan.

CEFO’s work is designed to build resilience, restore livelihoods, and create opportunities for sustainable development through programs that emphasize education, economic empowerment, health and wellbeing, gender equality, leadership, and peace-building. With a vision to empower rural communities by tapping into their full potential, CEFO seeks to transform these communities through strategic interventions that provide opportunities for skills development, civic engagement, and socio-economic independence.

CEFO is committed to contributing to the recovery and stabilization through programs that build the capacity of youth and women, encourage active participation in governance, and foster peace-building efforts in a context of post-conflict recovery.
